We integrate downstream processes of plastic extrusion inline, directly into the production process. Around 80 percent of our extrusion profiles are directly further processed inline. In addition to classic cutting to length, we offer a variety of automated processes that we can integrate and combine flexibly thanks to our modular machines and systems. The result is absolutely precise and offers maximum cost efficiency and tolerance accuracy.

We emboss our profiles, for example, for good bendability, for markings for further processing or with simple graphics.
We stamp or laser inline sewing marks, contours and recesses.
Not only the classic cutting is firmly part of our inline processes. Cuts are possible in many different variants.
Hardly any other process is as flexible as laser. We cut, perforate and print with laser technology.
Velvet-soft surfaces are ideal for noise insulation and offer a very special feel.
