Plastic extrusion

Technology and market leader for the automotive industry

We process thermoplastics, such as PP, PE, PP-TPE, polyamides and silicon. Our customers particularly value the inline finishing of our extrusion profiles. The result is absolute precision, offering a maximum in cost efficiency and tolerance accuracy.

Fastening profiles for car seats

For over thirty years, our technically sophisticated extruded plastic profiles have been firmly and securely connecting covers to the metal structure of the vehicle seat, they pad and give contours.

In extrusion, we process all thermoplastics and compounds developed in-house, which are joined with complementary materials such as non-wovens and tapes. Foamed profiles complement our extensive range. Our products are usually finished directly inline and receive longitudinal cuts, markings, printing, complex punching or laser contours. The result is absolutely precise and offers maximum cost efficiency and tolerance accuracy!

You can trust:
  • uniform high quality standard worldwide
  • guaranteed global availability of our products
  • expert know-how in the automotive industry and in extrusion processes combined with state-of-the-art production facilities
  • central control of worldwide projects with local contacts
  • short reaction times and high flexibility
Profile extrusion

All renowned automotive and furniture manufacturers trust our extrusion profiles. We are the market leader in Europe and extrude approx. 80,000 km of profiles annually.

Plasma

The plasma treatment of plastics is a process in which a plasma is applied to the surface of plastic materials in order to modify their properties.

Worldwide

The delivery of our technical plastic components is carried out via our
12 production facilities and warehouses worldwide comprising a total of 150 extrusion lines.
