The automotive sector was a leading industry in quality management from an early stage. The complexity of products and global supply chains require us to deliver top quality at the right time and in exact quantities ready for assembly. Shorter development times, a greater variety of models, increasing digitalization in cars, and growing diversification in drive concepts mean that the challenges in product design and production continue to increase.

We grew up in the automotive industry. Today, we apply and expand our working methods and expertise to serve other demanding industries as well.

We use a variety of methods in our value stream analyses – from plastic-optimized design to the revision and development of products and processes. Depending on the technology, application, and market maturity, we use our industry-specific knowledge to create real added value for our customers.

For over 60 years, our subsidiary Hans von der Heyde has been developing and producing customized solutions for extrusion and injection molding peripherals, for laser technology, and in the field of automation.

With 3D printing processes, we offer our customers a rapid iteration of designs – a critical success factor for prototyping without additional set-up or tooling costs. We design and print sample parts within a few days, choosing from a wide range of printable materials so that functional tests are also possible.
