From the very beginning, we take care of the details. Because machines can only produce first-class and efficient products with high-precision and perfectly fitting tools. That is why we can produce perfect tools with a tolerance of up to +/- 0.005 mm, 128 cavities and 2.5 tonnes.
With more than 60 state-of-the-art processing machines in our German centres of expertise, we produce perfect and durable injection moulding tools to suit your requirements and with tolerances in the range of only +/- 0.005 mm. We can use all engineering thermoplastics, even with a fibreglass content of up to 60 percent. Our high-cavity tools can be made up to a size of 800 x 1,000 mm.
In addition to the classic single-component standard tools, we also offer special multi-component tools – tailor-made for our customers with the highest demands on quality and processes at optimum cost efficiency. Customers with new product ideas can rely on us: we implement a tool for them according to their needs. Depending on the component, our injection moulds meet very different requirements with maximum output and availability.
In the interests of our customers, we manufacture tools for the plastics and metal sector in the fields of follow-on composites, progressive dies and insertion tools using cutting-edge CNC processing machines in accordance with TÜV-certified standards. In addition, we produce hybrid tools that enable metal components to be combined with plastic by means of injection moulding. During the planning and production of tools up to 2.5 tonnes, we constantly have the subsequent series production in mind and can make the right decisions for the appropriate tool at an early stage.
