Quality management

The automotive sector was a leading industry in quality management from an early stage. The complexity of products and global supply chains require us to deliver top quality at the right time and in exact quantities ready for assembly. Shorter development times, a greater variety of models, increasing digitalization in cars and growing diversification in drive concepts mean that the challenges in product design and production continue to increase.

We grew up in the automotive industry. We now also use and expand our working methods and knowledge for other demanding industries.

We use very different methods in our value stream analyses. Starting with plastic-compatible design through to the revision and construction of products and processes. Depending on the technology, application and market maturity, we use our industry-specific knowledge to enable our customers to achieve real added value.

For over 60 years, our subsidiary Hans von der Heyde has been developing and producing customized solutions for extrusion and injection moulding peripherals, for laser technology and in the field of automation.

3D printing

With 3D printing processes, we offer our customers rapid iteration of designs – a critical success factor for prototyping without additional set-up or tooling costs. We design and print sample parts within a few days, choosing from a wide range of printable materials so that functional tests are also possible.
