Step by step

We work transparently on the revision, maintenance and repair of injection molding tools and inform you after each step of a tool takeover:

1. disassembly of the mold (disassembly into the main components with mold inserts, slides, ejectors, cooling circuits, etc.)

2. cleaning

3. inspection and measurement

4. error analysis and evaluation

5. repair and overhaul

6. assembly and function test

7. test run in the injection molding machine

8. documentation and storage

Diversity

We work with a wide range of injection molding machines with different clamping forces and downstream equipment. We can also provide many peripheral devices and automation systems at short notice. Removal devices with robots, slobber and pick-and-place systems can be quickly reprogrammed, and we carry out component checks with cameras and individual measuring stations. Of course, we also ensure the optimum mold temperature and cycle time.

Quality

The best quality is that which is directly considered in the design and process development. We therefore use tools for advance quality planning as well as modern measuring techniques with coordinate measuring technology (CMM / CMM), optical measuring systems, inline measuring techniques / process monitoring and functional test procedures. When taking over tools, we check existing processes and optimize individual measuring methods if necessary.

Flexibility

We also accept customer changes and quantities at short notice, react quickly to process disruptions from previous suppliers and are also prepared for smaller batch sizes with product variants thanks to modular tool designs (e.g. with interchangeable inserts).
