Extrusion

We have been extruding technically sophisticated, high-quality plastic profiles for the automotive and upholstered furniture industry, for medical applications and for electrical engineering since 1961.

We process thermoplastics such as PP, PE, PP-TPE, ABS, PVS and engineering plastics such as PA and PET.

Our customers particularly appreciate the inline finishing of our extrusion profiles. The result is absolutely precise and offers maximum cost-effectiveness and tolerance accuracy!

Fibre composite technology

We combine long and short fibers with plastic matrices for high resilience. We are experts in pultrusion, pullwinding and injection molding of fibre-reinforced plastic parts.

Injection molding

As the OKE Group, we offer our customers a comprehensive range of injection moulding services from a single source! We specialise in a wide range of injection moulding requirements and, if desired, can accompany or manage the entire development process through to series production.

Our four injection molding competence centers each have their own profile, focus and expertise. After reviewing a customer inquiry, a contact person with specialized know-how manages the process through to series production at home and/or abroad.

Metal-plastic hybrids

Just a few years ago, plastic and metal were still competing as materials: plastics are usually cheaper, lighter, more chemically resistant, can be shaped more freely and are electrically insulating, while metals impressed with their ductile material behavior, electrical and thermal conductivity and high surface hardness. We combine the advantages of both classes for energy and resource efficiency, economical lightweight construction and functional integration.

We use our modular system to put together efficient and decentralized production processes that meet your requirements.
