Since 1961, we have been extruding technically sophisticated and high-quality plastic profiles for the automotive and upholstery industries, for medical applications, and electrical engineering. We process thermoplastics, such as PP, PE, PP-TPE, and polyamides. Our customers particularly value the inline finishing of our extrusion profiles. The result is absolute precision, offering maximum cost-effectiveness and tolerance accuracy!

For high load-bearing capacity, we combine long and short fibers with plastic matrices. We are experts in pultrusion, pullwinding, and injection molding of fiber-reinforced plastic parts.

As the OKE Group, we offer our customers a comprehensive range of injection molding services from a single source! We specialize in a wide range of injection moulding requirements and, if desired, we can support or manage the entire development process through to series production.

Our four injection molding competence centers each have their own profile, focus areas, and expertise. After reviewing a customer inquiry, a contact person with specialized knowledge manages the process through to series production, both domestically and/or abroad.

Just a few years ago, plastic and metal were still competing as materials: plastics are usually cheaper, lighter, more chemically resistant, can be shaped more freely, and are electrically insulating, while metals were attractive due to their ductile material behavior, electrical and thermal conductivity, and high surface hardness.

We combine the advantages of both classes for energy and resource efficiency, economical lightweight construction and functional integration.

We use our modular system to combine efficient and decentralized production processes that meet our customers’ requirements. Only if these do not offer a solution we design and build completely individual systems in our special machine engineering. We never miss a step and integrate assembly, conveyor and testing technology, robotics and handling systems into a multi-stage, process-integrated production.
