Our Vertical Integration for Infusion Systems

For housing components of drug delivery systems, we handle the entire manufacturing process with a high degree of vertical integration. This includes stamping the metal components, cleaning and surface preparation of the parts—including shot blasting—overmolding of metallic functional elements, assembly of shafts, magnets, and electrical contact springs; the application of sealing and damping elements; surface cleaning; marking; and final quality inspections, including opening and closing cycle tests. A 100% visual inspection ensures that the high-gloss surfaces are free of scratches, streaks, contaminants, and other visual imperfections. Our customer receives a ready-to-install assembly, fully packaged.

We offer our customers a comprehensive, one-stop service for medical devices. In addition to manufacturing, we also handle professional assembly and put the product through its paces. In doing so, we ensure that all components are correctly assembled, function as intended, and meet all technical and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, we handle the entire shipping process. The devices are packed securely and in accordance with standards in individual cartons to ensure optimal protection during transport and storage and to guarantee that they arrive at the customer’s location in perfect condition and ready for use.
