Housings, consumables and technical parts for medical applications

Components for medical engineering

From the idea to series production

Using state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, we produce technically, functionally, and visually impressive individual components and assemblies for medical applications and biotechnology. Our spectrum ranges from plastic-compatible designs for consumables to functionally integrated hybrid components made of metal and plastic, including fully automated assembly and product testing. We work with our customers to create innovations and continuously develop products and processes. For results that simply fit.

A look behind the scenes

Our processes for medical technology products

Here we provide a brief insight into our production of components for medical applications. In addition to familiar standard processes, we also implement highly individual customer requirements—for assembly, quality assurance, and packaging. Our goal is always to achieve maximum safety, trust, and joint optimization together with our customers. For products that really matter.

Example applications
bild

Housing covers for a syringe pump: The carrier plate is given a high-gloss surface, various contacts, rivets, and hinges.

Triple Port Dispenser for the supply of media to a bioreactor: The size offers the advantages of small working volumes while maintaining the full functionality of industrial bioreactors.

We can do that too: Toolmaking and pilot series for a microtiter plate. We have implemented the processing of polystyrene with complex demolding in accordance with the American ANSI standard.

Patients with severe head and spinal injuries are transported on a carbon-reinforced spine board. It is lightweight, stable, buoyant, and, thanks to the metal-free material combination, also suitable for X-rays and MRIs.

Our advantages for medical high-tech devices

Plastic components and metal-plastic hybrids

  • Hygienic to anti-bacterial
  • Visually appealing surfaces
  • Inexpensive due to fully automatic production of high quantities
  • Quality checks on up to 100% of the finished components
