From simple straight cuts to complex three-dimensional applications, our lasers master every challenge in the processing of plastics, metals and fiber composites. We use the versatility of laser technology for many processing steps of our plastic products directly after the shaping process. Laser applications are almost always seamlessly integrated into a continuous production process.
With our own special machine construction, we develop and build standardized modular systems as well as completely individual processing methods – from individual steps to turnkey production systems. Our wide range of applications includesCO2, fiber and UV lasers with different power levels. This enables us to find the best solution for every material.
The high precision of laser technology with its position-selective energy input enables even the smallest details to be processed that would not be possible with other technologies. Even small ablations and intricate patterns can be reproduced precisely. For more possibilities and less waste.
The laser beam works virtually ‘contact-free’, without the effect of mechanical stress on the material. This prevents deformation.
As no consumables such as ribbons, ink or make-up are required, the consumption costs are low. The laser is not consumed, does not wear out and is maintenance-free.
Laser technologies can be used on a wide range of plastics, from soft plastics such as PVC to hard materials such as acrylic or polycarbonate. A new geometry can be processed quickly by reprogramming.
The speed of the laser ensures seamless process integration, even at high production speeds. This is because laser processing can be easily integrated into automated production processes.
Fast, precise and flexible processes increase your efficiency!
We provide safety-relevant, sensitive components with a DMC for seamless traceability of individual components and their assembly to the module. A large amount of heterogeneous data can be permanently read on a small surface by laser marking this code. Even complex surface structures pose no particular challenge: In automotive engineering, components often have an uneven structure or changeable, dark colors. Here, we offer high contrast and therefore reliable legibility with black and white markings. And if the code is partially damaged over time due to unplanned influences, the information can still be read with the help of the error-correcting code.
Are you interested in laser processing your products? Would you like to implement laser technology in your company or are you looking for a supplier for laser-processed components? Then please do not hesitate to contact us.
