Fastening profiles for car seats

For over thirty years, our technically sophisticated extruded plastic profiles have been firmly and securely connecting covers to the metal structure of the vehicle seat, providing cushioning and contours.

In extrusion, we process all thermoplastics and compounds developed in-house, which are combined with supplementary materials such as non-wovens and tapes. Foamed profiles round off our extensive range. Our products are usually finished directly inline and receive longitudinal cuts, markings, printing, complex embossing or laser contours. The result is absolutely precise and offers maximum cost efficiency and tolerance accuracy!

Profile extrusion

All well-known car manufacturers rely on our extrusion profiles. We are the market leader in Europe and extrude approx. 80,000 km of profiles every year.

2K extrusion

Our main focus is on thermoplastics such as PP, PE, PP-TPE, polyamides and silicone. Our hybrid technology enables combinations of soft and rigid materials, for example, in order to integrate different functions into one product.

Co-extrusion

In co-extrusion, we combine complementary materials such as non-woven, tapes, flock and other materials with a plastic profile. This involves an additional application to the plastic profile.

Sheet extrusion

Our sheet extrusion enables the production of flat sheets and strips at a fraction of the usual market costs for injection molds, both in terms of unit price and tooling costs.

Inline finishing

80% of all plastic profiles are finished by us. Depending on the complexity and desired flexibility, we can punch or laser your products inline.

Stamping

Simple for us—simple for you: Reinforcement elements are stamped from sheet metal, profiles are given notches as helpful sewing markings or are cut to length.
