Thanks to our expertise in locking technology and vehicle electronics, we understand the requirements for vehicle access components. We produce functional levers, housings and covers tailored to the overall system.
We supply window regulator modules with gearbox housings, cable drums, cable pulleys and sliders with a high degree of functional integration through to multi-component (2K and 3K) parts and ready-to-install assemblies. Our solutions are designed for precise cable guidance, low noise levels and high durability and meet the requirements of modern manual and electric window regulator systems in series production.
Our guide tubes for tailgates are characterized by high robustness combined with smooth, low-noise interlocking. They are designed for high structural rigidity, low friction and long-lasting functional reliability under changing environmental and load conditions and meet the requirements of modern manual and electrically operated tailgate systems.
Our ideas are not ‘off the shelf’! We scrutinize production steps and technologies to create added value.
We produce a set of guide tubes for tailgates in one tool. In the second step, the different lengths are automatically cut to size, sorted and placed in trays. This saves the customer a considerable amount of tooling costs and at the same time allows them to use a variety of different versions.
We produce high-quality seals made of TPE, TPV and soft PVC for a wide range of applications. In the automotive sector in particular, our solutions are used wherever reliable protection against water, vibrations and noise is required. For example on windows, doors or in the roof area. On request, our seals are also available with flocking to optimally complement functionality and haptics.
Our seals are not only used in the automotive sector, but are also already being used successfully in buildings and other industries.
Our product and integration scopes are scalable, internationalizable and can be flexibly adapted to different requirements. These include window regulator rails, sound boxes and various fastening elements. Our technological portfolio in fiber composite technologies offers great potential for vehicle doors: Karders made of fiber-reinforced plastics offer high stability and low weight at the same time. At the same time, these materials have a positive effect on crash behavior in the vehicle door, as they efficiently absorb and distribute energy.
Together with our customers, we like to develop components that offer something more.
In our production, we rely on highly automated and fully automatic manufacturing processes. These include the reliable, automated lubrication of slide mechanisms and the fully automated assembly of plastic components with metal shafts and electrical contacts, for example in the production of gearbox housings. To increase productivity and reproducibility, we work with high-cavity multi-cavity molds.
