Many of our profiles are used in vehicle seats. They are typically used to secure fabrics to the metal frame of the seats. However, our single- and multi-component profiles also perform entirely different functions: they reduce noise, provide sealing, or cushion corners and edges. We also manufacture custom profiles and standard products at our facility in Vietnam for the building and water technology sectors.

Our Tiedowns and clip systems constitute a special product group. They enable the simple and reliable creation of custom designs for vehicle seats and seating furniture.

Duoflex is our most versatile profile series. Here, we combine various complementary materials—such as non-woven, webbing, or carpet—with flat strips, clip and clamping strips. We also integrate films and adhesive tapes inline. We give these products versatile shapes and contours using die-cutting and laser technologies, welding processes, and printing.

Foamed plastics for padding, as edge protection – and for more lightness! Foamflex is available in a wide range of shore hardnesses, geometries and with complementary materials. Our physical foaming with special screws ensures a fine foam pattern with even distribution.
