In Vietnam, we primarily produce profiles for car seats and furniture using single- and multi-component extrusion—also with the integration of complementary textile materials. Our main markets are the automotive and furniture industries in Southeast Asia. In line with the “local for local” principle, we manufacture close to our customers and their markets. This enables short distances, fast response times, and tailor-made solutions. From production and service to logistics, we are your competent local partner in Southeast Asia. As a location for offshoring and onshoring, we are also part of an international value chain. Extrusion

With hollow chamber, pipe, and foam extrusion, as well as the combination of plastics, textile materials, and films, we implement customized solutions even for complex technical requirements.

Laser Technology

In our unit for special machine construction, we develop cutting and joining processes, laser printing with color changes, and ablation as continuous sequential processes.

Profiles

Our profiles are mostly used to attach fabrics to the metal structure of seats. However, single- and multi-component profiles also perform completely different functions! They can prevent noise, seal, or, in foamed versions, provide padding, fill gaps, and cushion.

Tiedowns

Tiedowns and clip systems help to realize individual designs. Contours can be easily and reliably implemented with our various solutions.

Duoflex

Duoflex—also known as polymelts—are our most versatile profiles. We combine various complementary materials such as fleece, webbing, and carpet with our profiles to substitute expensive materials where they are installed in non-visible areas. We give these products versatile shapes using punching and laser technologies, welding processes, and printing.

With Duoflex, our customers save on seams, covering materials, and working hours, and can implement even sophisticated designs efficiently and reliably.

Foamflex

Foamed plastics for cushioning, edge protection, and added lightness! Foamflex is available in a wide range of Shore hardnesses, geometries, and with complementary materials. Our physical foaming process using special screws ensures a fine foam structure with even distribution.

LED-Profile

Ambient lighting

Our LED profiles illuminate vehicle interiors or furniture. Processed based on highest industry standards, our LED strips are of top-notch quality.
