OKE Spritzgusstechnik at our headquarters in Hörstel is a solid and innovative partner for sophisticated vehicle components thanks to its flexible processes and the close cooperation of our special machine construction ‘door to door’. We skillfully use the processing of high-performance plastics and the full automation of complex assemblies where standards are no longer usable.
We can handle a wide range of product variants that are created through the integration and combination with adjacent components–such as contacts, sealing systems or shielding elements. These variants often add up to very high production volumes with annual quantities of ≥ 15 million parts. At the same time, fluctuating requirements and changes at short notice are part of our daily business. As part of the international OKE Group with ten locations worldwide, we also manage international supply chains. This includes shared production in cooperation with our plants in other European and multicontinental countries, which we coordinate internally. We attach great importance to coordinating the wishes and requirements of our customers centrally with a fixed contact person.
In injection molding production, we provide stable and highly automated manufacturing processes with precise tool technology and consistent advance quality planning and assurance. Our focus in Hörstel is on complex assemblies with a wide range of variants.
We produce electronic components and assemblies for vehicle electronics and charging infrastructure. These are primarily connection solutions in high-frequency, high-voltage and fiber optic technology, coaxial connectors, cable assemblies, special high-voltage connections (e-mobility), switches and gateways.
Mechanical assemblies combine precisely manufactured individual components to form functional systems for a wide range of vehicle applications. We also achieve a high degree of functional integration with 3K injection-molded components.
Our fluid management components control, distribute and secure media such as fuel, coolant or air within the vehicle. High tightness, temperature resistance and reliability are essential requirements that we fulfill for our customers.
We even combine several complex production steps into a parallel and coordinated process. We synchronize assembly, component processing, testing and transport in a fully automated production process.

This is also the ›SGT‹ in Hörstel: For the analysis of water quality, we supply sticks made of crystal-clear PMM, which of course meet all requirements for chemical resistance and optical measurements.

We also master sophisticated tool technologies. Like these for connectors with an undercut inside diameter, with tight tolerances and high demands on roundness, we produce with accurate core inserts. For permanently fuel-resistant, heat-stabilized and precisely fitting connections of lines in the engine compartment of vehicles.
