Our products and expertise are incorporated into numerous modern household appliances. As a long-standing partner to leading manufacturers of major home appliances, we produce high-quality individual parts and assemblies for washing machines, dishwashers, and refrigerators and freezers. Our particular strengths lie in the automated assembly of subassemblies, the overmolding of electrical contacts, and sophisticated surface finishes. Whether plastic or metal—we combine technical expertise with the highest precision.
Through centrally managed nearshoring and multi-site manufacturing, we combine the advantages of international production networks with personalized on-site support. This is because our customers work with a dedicated local contact person.
Using injection molding technology, we produce 1K, 2K, and 3K components with part weights ranging from 1 gram to 10 kilograms, including multi-component assemblies. We also welcome inquiries regarding In-Mold Decoration (IMD) and In-Mold Labeling (IML).
We manufacture seals, cable guides, corrugated tubes, and complex combinations of various materials—including textiles and films—using an inline manufacturing process. Permanent markings are applied using laser technology, while laser welding and mirror welding are used for the precise joining of miter seals.
We offer metal stamping services for a wide range of materials, such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper, using stamping
machines with capacities of up to 250 tons. In addition, we specialize in the stamping and embossing of stainless steel plates for decorative purposes, producing high-quality surfaces and patterns that combine functionality with an attractive appearance.
Our special-purpose machinery division develops and manufactures semi- and fully automated assembly lines, ranging from simple to highly complex assemblies with integrated inline functional testing. Our production concepts are based on a holistic view of the product, ensuring optimized manufacturing processes and reliable product performance.
Ideal for prototypes, custom-made parts, and small production runs, our 3D printing technology also enables the production of large-format components and the integration of functional elements into injection-molded parts. This high level of flexibility accelerates product development,
shortens lead times, and allows us to deliver production-ready parts for demanding functional and field testing.
