As the OKE Group, we offer our customers worldwide a comprehensive injection molding range from a single source! We specialise in a wide range of injection moulding requirements and, if desired, can accompany or manage the entire development process through to series production.

Our four injection molding competence centers each have their own profile, focus and expertise. After reviewing a customer inquiry, a contact person with specific expertise manages the process through to series production at the appropriate centre.

One-component injection molding

We produce simple and complex injection molded parts with very different functions for a wide range of industries. We have a good overview of the requirements and find the right tools, systems and quality monitoring systems.

Function integration for greater efficiency:
When overmolding, we often combine a thermoplastic elastomer with a hard component. However, many material combinations are possible, which we combine in a form-fit, mechanically and chemically in order to fulfill all the desired functions of a component.

We are also versatile in terms of dimensions. Our range extends from a few tenths of a gram to a component weight of 9.5 kg. We also supply 2K parts in this size range.

Make or buy? We use our network to work with the right tools for every product. These are reliable partners who, like us, know the entire production process. In addition, a team takes care of requalification for tool takeovers, maintenance and repair. Because even taking over existing tools is no problem for us. We put them through their paces, carry out maintenance work and transform even very old treasures into series production. Short information channels and a constant overview of ongoing projects ensure the necessary transparency. We manage the entire life cycle – from the initial idea to production and maintenance.

OKE injection molding technology

Our injection molding competence center in Hörstel focuses on media-conducting systems and mechanical assemblies. Our ‘next door’ special machine construction department also tests many automated systems for further processing after the actual injection molding process.
