We have been associated with building technology for decades. In the beginning, we supplied relatively simple products, primarily for interior design: profiles for textile wall coverings and furniture, seals and connecting elements. Today, building technology at OKE encompasses much more. For example, water-bearing components for heating, sanitary and household appliances, components for interior fittings, for energy and – as always – for furniture and comfort. We see our components as part of the ‘nervous system’ of a building.
One focus of OKE injection molding is media-conducting and mechanical 1C to 3C components for HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), sanitary and water treatment. Our experts in mold technology, automation and materials develop and produce individual components and assemblies for flow regulators, valves, actuators and pumps. Our in-house manufacturing capabilities range from stamping metal inserts to injection molding and assembly of subassemblies, including functional testing.
Modular, sustainable, and adaptable: We develop simple clip-and-plug systems for interior construction in buildings, for RVs, and for furniture. Through custom-formulated compounds, we enable the replacement of materials with more sustainable alternatives. We combine high safety standards for fire protection and acoustics with low weight, thereby creating optimal conditions for modern lightweight construction in mobile applications.

Our plastic components for upholstered furniture enable special designs, save raw materials, reduce production time and ensure a high level of seating comfort in the upholstery. In addition to individual products, we also offer a wide range of tried-and-tested ‘off-the-shelf’ solutions for this area.

Neben unseren weiteren Anwendungsbereichen fertigen wir im Extrusionsverfahren auch Gehäuse für Leuchtmittel, die in der Gebäudetechnik zum Einsatz kommen, etwas für Deckenleuchten. Als Material verwenden wir unter anderem Polycarbonat, das sich durch hohe Schlagfertigkeit, gute Lichtdurchlässigkeit und Beständigkeit gegenüber Temperaturschwankungen auszeichnet.
