Components and Assemblies for Infusion and Drug Delivery Systems

Precision stamped parts form the basis of many infusion and drug-delivery systems. We manufacture functional metal components such as contact parts, shields, and reinforcing elements with high dimensional accuracy and absolutely reproducible quality.

Using a wide range of injection molding processes, we manufacture sophisticated plastic components for medical devices and therapeutic systems. We produce both high-precision individual parts and functional components with integrated fasteners, seals, or guide elements, as well as contacts and many other inserts.

We supply custom-made profiles, hoses, cable protection sleeves and guides, roller clamping profiles, TPU or TPE sealing profiles, hose holders and hose guide elements, protective profiles for fluid lines, multi-component profiles with sealing functions, and much more! A unique feature of our process is the combination of extrusion and injection molding elements in a single linear manufacturing process.

We combine plastic and metal components from our in-house production with purchased parts to create ready-to-install assemblies. Using fully automated, semi-automated, and manual assembly processes, we enable the cost-effective production of complex functional units in varying quantities.

Comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes ensure the reliable operation of every component and assembly. Depending on the application, we use optical, dimensional, and functional testing methods, as well as documented quality controls. For example, we provide permanent traceability for our products by laser-engraving Data Matrix codes.
