All renowned automotive manufacturers rely on our technical profiles. We usually extrude with a cross-section in the range up to 150 mm and with tolerance ranges according to DIN 16941 or completely customized according to customer requirements.

Our lightweight profiles are physically or chemically CO₂-foamed products used to protect edges and fabrics, for shaping, and as underlay padding. We can adjust a wide range of Shore hardnesses using our processes. Our range includes various geometries and meets requirements from kink-resistant to very soft.

We integrate downstream processes of plastic extrusion inline, directly into the production process. Around 80 percent of our extrusion profiles are directly further processed inline. In addition to classic cutting to length, we offer a variety of automated processes that we can integrate and combine flexibly thanks to our modular machines and systems. This also includes processing the plastic profiles using plasma treatment, ultrasonic welding or printing. The result is absolute precision, ensuring maximum cost efficiency and tolerance accuracy.
