The extrusion of plastics is our origin. Our machines accompany the entire value chain for the production of almost all extruded plastic products. We also offer a wide range of technologies for multi-component parts. And we are convinced that this efficient process still has a lot of potential. Winding, labeling, marking, transporting and packaging are just the beginning!

We are also personally available and open for trials. We often find that we can only identify and implement a few improvements together with our customers, directly at the machine!

Separate

Ready-to-install profiles can be produced inline and offline with various modules. Cutting and punching modules are modular in design. Different length measuring systems round off the flexible, compact system.

Winder

We create solutions for winding deformation-sensitive profiles. Seals and similar profiles can be wound under tension control. One coil is wound by the swivel arm while the other is assembled. A variety of different coil sizes can be used.

Packing

We integrate different packaging types and methods into the production line. Whether customer-specific sorting or simple free-falling: We implement every requirement.

Pulling

For controlled feeding out of a machine, we offer various discharge units for uniform feeding to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
