We use injection molding to produce directly for local markets or for our three injection molding competence centers in Europe: Depending on the customer’s industry, technology, and vertical range of manufacture, our German locations KKF Fels, Wilhelm Schröder, or OKE Spritzgusstechnik plan production at our facility in Brazil. Reducing CO2 emissions has been an important issue for us since long before the Supply Chain Act came into force. With international production sites, service points, warehouses, and wholesalers, we offer high-quality consulting services while keeping our customers’ supply chains lean!

Together with our headquarters, we find ways to optimize vehicle seats. For example, we use laser technologies for sewing markings and complex geometries to simplify sewing processes. We replace expensive materials with cheaper ones, take recyclability into account, and combine several components into a single one. Here, we also work on a sample seat in a very practical way to test handling and sewing processes.
