We have also been operating in Brazil since 2008. What began as a small profile extrusion facility is now a technologically versatile location with customers from a wide range of industries. We primarily manufacture products for the automotive industry using extrusion, injection molding, and a wide variety of downstream processes. In line with the “local for local” principle, we manufacture in Curitiba, close to our customers and their markets in South America. This ensures short distances, fast response times, and tailor-made solutions. Fundamental and technological developments are carried out in close cooperation with our headquarters in Germany and are further developed together with our international locations.

With hollow chamber, pipe, and foam extrusion, as well as the combination of plastics, textile materials, and films, we implement customized solutions even for complex technical requirements.
From the entire range of injection molding and tooling technologies, we select those technologies that are appropriate for the efficient production of customer-specific components and assemblies.
To optimize component weight, strength, stiffness, functionality, or costs, we combine plastics with metallic materials and fibers in a targeted manner. Upstream processes such as metal stamping and pultrusion take place directly at our premises.
In our special machine construction department, we develop cutting and joining processes, laser printing using color change and ablation as a continuous follow-up process.
Our systems for cutting to length, component assembly, marking, and testing operate on a semi-automatic to fully automatic basis. Modular and decentralized production still allows sufficient scope for component changes, additions, and modifications.
We deliver quality in all processes and in every end product. Sophisticated quality management and testing by independent institutions ensure consistently reliable results.
