The development and production of media-carrying components is one of our main focuses, which we use in various industries. Thanks to our close proximity to the OKE Group’s special machine construction facility in Hörstel, we can offer fully automated component handling, assembly and many machining processes and put them through their paces directly on site.
We accept the challenge of supplying components and assemblies for demanding applications, have a sure instinct for processing high-performance plastics and use them skillfully where standards are no longer usable. The dimensions exactly in accordance with the ANSI standard with 96 cavities isolated from each other were implemented with our tool to make them suitable for series production and with short cycle times. Our team of tool and material experts is familiar with industry-specific requirements and also supports development projects up to pilot production with subsequent relocation at home and abroad.
Even several complex manufacturing steps are combined into a parallel and coordinated process. We synchronize assemblies, component processings, testings, and transport into a fully automated production.
We also master sophisticated tool technologies. Like these for connectors with an undercut inside diameter, with tight tolerances and high demands on roundness, we produce with accurate core inserts. For permanently fuel-resistant, heat-stabilized and precisely fitting connections of lines in the engine compartment of vehicles.
We often combine injection molding and fully automated assembly. This includes the further development and precision of welding geometries in ultrasonic and laser welding, the handling of inserts, inline quality controls and, of course, technical cleanliness.
We combine all essential components for the automation of production steps, such as linear and articulated robots, peripheral and conveyor technology, assembly technologies and vision systems for continuous quality control. We design exactly the right solution for each customer to ensure reliable and efficient production.
