We keep it as simple as possible: Our profiles help to attach fabrics to the metal structure of seats, they can be very simple or made of different materials to prevent noises, to seal or are used as shock absorbers.

Tiedowns and clip-systems help to implement individual designs. Tuftings get easy to implement and reliable with our different solutions.

Duoflex – also called Polymelts, are profiles with a non-woven flange and a special shape. We use stamping or laser technology for complex outlines. These products help to save sewings, cover materials or carpet and are even suitable for sophisticated designs.

We combine plastics and complementary materials, and we punch and laser cut a wide variety of materials. This enables us to find efficient solutions even for complex tasks!

Our sheet extrusion allows flat plates and strips to be produced at a fraction of the injection mold costs traditionally seen in the market, both in piece price and tooling costs.
