Our profiles are mostly used to attach fabrics to the metal structure of seats. However, single and multi-component profiles also perform completely different functions! They can prevent noise, seal or, as foamed versions, pad, fill gaps and cushion.

Tiedowns and clip systems help to realize individual designs. Contours can be easily and reliably implemented with our various solutions.

Duoflex—also known as Polymelts—are our most versatile profiles. We combine various complementary materials, such as non-woven fabric, webbing, and carpet, with our profiles to replace expensive materials in areas that are not visible. Using die-cutting and laser technologies, welding processes, and printing techniques, we give these products a wide variety of shapes.

With Duoflex, our customers save on seams, covering materials, and working hours, and can efficiently and reliably implement even sophisticated designs.

Our sheet extrusion enables the production of reinforcement elements at a fraction of the usual market costs for injection-molded elements. We use a wide variety of different stamping contours for the integration of displays and other elements of the vehicle interior. Whether plastics, textile materials or metals: we stamp in-house and also use subsequent processes where necessary, for example to integrate additional functions in injection molding.
