As part of a VA/VE, we analyze existing products including the supply chain with regard to cost reduction, improved quality and supplier relationships.

In our analysis, we keep an eye on our standard product portfolio, which includes many tried-and-tested solutions. With our laser technology, they can be easily adapted to your needs. Only if there is no OKE/Global standard do we develop ideas for completely new geomatries or materials.

Hotmelt Tiedown
Seams are completely eliminated with our hotmelt tie-downs: These profiles are equipped with hotmelt adhesive tapes (PA or PES) for hot bonding, ultrasonic welding or high-frequency welding on various cover materials. Depending on the pull-off forces, the cover material and the complexity, we will advise you on the best solution.
Duoflex
Duoflex has many faces. The bar can have any cross-section, it can be embossed, contain cut-outs and the lengths vary from a few centimeters up to our XXL version by an entire rear seat. The Duoflex product group is an example of how to reduce time and costs:
