At Hans von der Heyde, we develop customer-specific manufacturing processes from the basics to production readiness. The focus of our work is on separating processes such as cutting and perforating. However, Hans von der Heyde also tests and implements a wide range of marking tasks for the permanent marking of your products with regard to the feasibility of your product.

What our laser can do

Cutting

Whether using CNC lasers or highly dynamic scanner technology, Hans von der Heyde machines offer you the right solution for cutting a wide variety of workpieces. The spectrum ranges from simple sprue cutting to complex 3D geometries with high wall thicknesses.

Welding

Highly flexible application options, particularly short cycle times and even hard-to-reach areas can be achieved with our laser welding systems. With our solutions, we also join different materials permanently and tightly!

Labeling

Without tool wear or additional consumables, you can easily mark your products – quickly and cleanly. Equipped with Data Matrix codes, important parameters can still be read even after years of use.

With us, you can apply lettering, logos and variable codes permanently and durably.

Ablation

Laser ablation is based on the focused application of laser energy in short pulses. We use targeted pulses to precisely remove the surface coating without damaging the underlying structures.
