The extrusion of plastics is our origin. Our machines accompany the entire value chain for the production of almost all extruded plastic products. We also offer a wide range of technologies for multi-component parts. And we are convinced that this efficient process still has a lot of potential. Winding, labeling, marking, transporting and packaging are just the beginning!
We are also personally available and open for trials. We often find that we can only identify and implement a few improvements together with our customers, directly at the machine!
Winding extruded plastic profiles is a key step in the production process. We ensure that profiles, hoses or flexible strips are wound cleanly, with tension control and in a space-saving manner – for optimum material protection and fewer rejects. We adapt our modular system to the profile, material and production speed. For efficient processes, high product quality and flexible product changes.
Our basic models of swing-arm winders differ in the way they work, the functions they support and the type of material they wrap, with the automated versions offering greater efficiency and additional protective functions.
The entry-level model works semi-automatically with manual operation of the bobbin change. An upgrade is the automatic bobbin change: Once the desired winding length has been reached, the winder automatically swivels over, separates the profile, places it on the empty bobbin and the winding process starts again.
For profiles that are particularly sensitive to deformation, such as doors, a cardboard interlayer can be used, which is automatically inserted during the winding process
Disc winders are ideal for flexible products such as hoses that need to be wound loosely and with little tension. The rotating disks lay the material down evenly in a spiral. This creates compact, dimensionally stable rings without the product being kinked or compressed.
