Our four injection molding competence centers each have their own profile, focus areas, and expertise. After reviewing a customer inquiry, a contact person with specialized knowledge manages the process through to series production, both domestically and/or abroad.
Make or buy? We use our network to make sure we work with the right tools for every product. These are reliable partners who, like us, are familiar with the entire production process. In addition, a team takes care of requalification for tool takeovers, maintenance, and repair. Because even taking over existing tools is no problem for us. We test them thoroughly, carry out maintenance work, and transform even the oldest tools into series production. Short information channels and a constant overview of ongoing projects ensure the necessary transparency. We manage the entire life cycle – from the initial idea to production and maintenance.
We produce perfect components, even with tolerances of only +/- 0.005 mm.
We can even take over or offer highly complex tools.
Our in-house technical center for sampling under series conditions enables the complete in-house management of a project. We would be happy to advise you!
