Profile extrusion

Over 80,000 km of extruded profiles worldwide

All renowned automotive and furniture manufacturers rely on our extrusion profiles. We are the market leader in Europe and extrude approximately 80,000 km of profiles every year. Our modern machinery, selected materials, and well-trained employees ensure a consistently high quality of extrusion profiles. We produce technical plastic profiles with a cross section of up to 150 mm and with tolerance ranges according to DIN 16941, or individually according to customer requirements.

Product benefits through masterbatches

It’s all a matter of the right mix! We determine the materials based on your requirements and the areas of application. Various color or hard-soft combinations are just as conceivable as cost-efficient material variants. It is also possible to process up to 4 components inline. We select the plastics so that functions and requirements are fulfilled optimally and efficiently.

Co-extrusion

2/3 of all cars drive with co-extruded OKE profiles

In co-extrusion, we combine complementary materials, such as non-wovens, tapes, fibers, flock and other materials with a plastic profile. This is an additional application to the plastic profile.

This results in many advantages, such as the faster processing of the co-extruded profiles or lighter weight of the plastic products. In 2/3 of all car seats, our plastic profiles produced in co-extrusion have become standard and replace cost-intensive materials such as leather.

Foam extrusion

Attain the ideal weight with ease

Our lightweight profiles are physically or chemically foamed products with CO², used for edge protection, material protection, shaping, and as underlays.

Our spectrum of different hardness grades ranges from kink-resistant to very soft. The advantages of foamed plastic profiles are convincing: light and easy, as well as quick to process. Our FoamFlex products are particularly popular in furniture technology. Many major furniture manufacturers appreciate the advantages of these profiles and rely on lightweight designs!

Pipe extrusion

Versatile in use

Plastic pipe extrusion requires precise control of various process steps in order to ensure high quality and dimensional accuracy of the pipes. Thanks to our many years of experience in the development and production of technical plastic components, we are the best partner for pipe extrusion. We produce high-quality PE, PP and PA pipes and hoses from a wide variety of plastic materials for a wide range of applications up to 20 mm.

Hybrid technology

Two become one

With the help of our hybrid technology, we are able to combine pultrusion and extrusion. In pultrusion, fibers pass through a resin bath and are then formed into the desired shape in a heated tool. From there, we have the option of optimizing these fibers through extrusion, thereby combining pultrusion and extrusion.

Vesatile and economical!

Inline processing

We integrate downstream processes of plastic extrusion inline, directly into the production process. Around 80 percent of our extrusion profiles are directly further processed inline. In addition to classic cutting to length, we offer a variety of automated processes that we can integrate and combine flexibly thanks to our modular machines and systems. This also includes processing the plastic profiles using plasma treatment, ultrasonic welding or printing. The result is absolute precision, ensuring maximum cost efficiency and tolerance accuracy.
