The basic principle of our production concepts is modular and decentralized production: Both rely on independent but combinable units to make production processes flexible, scalable and adaptable. This is because each module can be added, removed or reconfigured as required.

Last but not least: We offer service and support at eye level – even if our customer is not an automation professional!

Decentralized and modular process automation

With decentralized automation concepts consisting of individual processing modules, we distribute control tasks and resources to individual units that communicate with each other in real time but can also act autonomously. This makes our processes efficient, resilient and reliable. Another advantage is the many options for flexible adaptation to changing requirements and products.

We are at the cutting edge and actively use new production technologies. For example with

  • RFID data carriers to pass on the information that a subsequent work step is correctly configured and what needs to be done.
  • Sensors with IO-Link technology.
  • safety-related sensors that can be connected directly to the control system via the Ethercat or Profinet fieldbuses.
  • Hybrid cables and connectors that can be used to connect not only actuators and sensors but also decentralized fieldbus devices to the control system via a single cable.

We combine all essential components for the automation of production steps. For example, we use linear and articulated arm robots, peripheral and conveyor technology, assembly technologies, and implement vision systems for continuous quality control. We design the exact the solution for each customer, ensuring reliable and efficient production.

Experts from our competence centers plan or support the design and conception of our automation systems. In this way, we guarantee compliance with national and international standards as well as fast support, even with shared production at multiple locations across country borders.

Under one roof

We plan and implement many automation systems in our own special-purpose machine engineering department. In this way, product-specific pick-and-place applications (linear and robotic), palletizing and depalletizing, conveyor systems, packaging lines, assembly and laser stations – and much more – are created in a development environment with direct practical relevance.

Our process automation systems range from granulate to assemblies. This includes handling systems with linear multi-axis systems and robots, palletizing and depalletizing, packaging systems, ultrasonic welding, cutting technologies, circling, drilling, milling, laser welding, CNC processing, quality assurance testing devices, assembly, hot gas welding, functional, dimensional and leak tests, bursting tests, gluing, marking systems, laser marking of part numbers, QR and Data Matrix codes, laser cutting, fixture construction – and much more!
