stamping technologie at OKE

In addition to laser technology, we also use traditional stamping processes for contouring metals and plastics. For multiple steps, for complicated workpieces with many recesses and for several processing steps with one and the same machine, stamping is optimal. At OKE we process a wide range of materials, plastics as well as metals. Our own special machine engineering ensures customised processes and short lead times to series production.

Metal stamping

Our metalworking unit stampes, draws and bends from all steels and non-ferrous metals. Our focus is on automatic stamping presses with press forces between 800 and 2,500 kN.

As a metal-plastic hybrid or pure

Our semi-finished parts are usually automatically fed directly into an injection moulding process. Using the insert or outsert process, we efficiently produce functionally integrated components and assemblies, especially for the automotive industry and household appliances, which can withstand high loads.

Plastic stamping

We produce plastic sheet elements inline in almost innumerable geometries up to a thickness of 1.5 mm. An interesting alternative to injection moulding of flat elements!

Contours parts with many possibilities

We have over 400 different contours in use. Just two to three weeks after receiving your order you will receive the first components, for example for reinforcing stressed areas, for contouring, as a screen or cover in the non-visible area. We also stamp textile materials to a precise fit.

Depending on the requirements, the components can also be further processed by us in downstream processes.
