Our heart beats for the technologically sophisticated machining of metals. For over 20 years, we have been turning, drilling and milling complex and precisely fitting components for our customers in the fields of special machinery, fixture, prototype and model construction, precision engineering and the plastics industry. We produce functional elements with low tolerances and high demands on surface quality, especially for laboratory equipment.
We are looking forward to your inquiry!
Thanks to the intelligent control system and high level of accuracy, our CNC robot achieves maximum contour accuracy in its movements, which is essential for our applications with high precision requirements. Our fully automatic 5-axis machining center with pallet change works around the clock, every day.
Advantages of our system
Our fitting tolerances for CNC turning are in the range of 0.01 mm. Regardless of whether we are producing a single piece or a small series. The high degree of automation with parametric programming ensures efficient set-up times and therefore cost-effective production.
Production options:
Bar loader: Ø 5 to 50 mm, 350 mm long
Individual parts: Ø 10 to 400 mm, 800 mm long
Production options: driven tools
Whether tools for the plastics industry, mechanical elements for special machine construction or prototypes for series production – (almost) anything is possible with us in 3D production with up to five simultaneous machining axes.
We use soft and highly porous grinding wheels for surface grinding in order to minimize stress on the workpiece and prevent thermal damage, even at very high stock removal rates.
The components are clamped on conventional magnetic clamping plates or on special mechanical clamping tools or freeze-clamping tables and machined using pendulum grinding or plunge-cut grinding.
Many of our products are characterized by a very high surface quality. We use drag finishing to round edges, smooth surfaces and polish visible parts to a high gloss. We use this technology to process high-quality, sensitive, contour-rich parts with complex geometries and extremely hard, difficult-to-machine materials.
We offer electrolytic polishing as a fast and cost-effective way of producing high-gloss aluminum surfaces. The process simplifies workpiece pre-treatment thanks to its uniform effectiveness at every point on the surface and the possibility of semi- to fully-automation. Electrolytic polishing is essential for bright anodizing, as the required smoothness in the nanometric range can only be achieved on a chemical basis.
We can apply all common surface coatings using this process.
Regardless of whether handling or assembly processes are involved, we look at the possibilities of automation and implement them within the OKE Group as required.
Our work is guided and supported by a multi-layered Manufacturing Execution System (MES) so that we can plan close to the process and record the data of all work steps.
We also achieve efficiency and accuracy through a high degree of automation. For example, our fully automated 5-axis machining center with pallet change works around the clock, every day.
