The requirements for plastic components in the diverse electronics industry are very varied. Properties such as high insulating capacity, extreme mechanical resilience or else the durability of the products play a major role in the selection of materials and the structure of the components.
As different as these applications are, the materials used must be just as unique. For xx years, we have specialised in plastic-metal hybrid components as well as 2K and 3K components for the electronics industry. In particular, our portfolio includes plugs and connectors with tolerances of up to +/- 0.01 mm.

Our LED strips illuminate the vehicle interior, enhance the living room or create a feel-good atmosphere. Manufactured to the highest standards and processed according to the latest industry standards, our LED strips are of premium quality. Thanks to the sheathing of the light conductor, they can be processed quickly, are particularly flexible and extremely light. The installation space has been reduced to a minimum and, depending on customer requirements, they are available as mere light conductors or incl. connectors and control unit. You can’t get more flexible than that!

For this, we draw on the decades of experience in special machine construction in our own group of companies. Rotary indexing solutions or transfer systems with or without robots, the use of ultrasound, laser technology – we carry out the entire component assembly from individual parts to complex assemblies in fully or partially automated production. Short development times, a sophisticated tool concept (960 pins of 1.2 mm and 2 very small injection points), an individual material mix selection and an automatic function test round off our profile.
In the electronics industry, we specialise in metal-plastic hybrids, such as our filigree contact strip. These hybrid components are produced fully automatically in 3-, 4- or 5-pole versions on an assembly line. Additional automated processes, such as the 100% inspection of the metal rods, tension, continuity and swash circumference inspections as well as camera inspection of the injection, ensure an efficient and safe production process.
